Shipping Returns and FAQ

All items listed on the site are already created and ready to ship.  Once an order is placed it will be shipped at no additional charge within the US in 1 to 2 days via USPS or UPS with a tracking number.  Please be assured that all payment types are processed through a highly secure provider.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, experience, and love the creation as much as I do.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review my Return and Refund Policy below.

While my webpage is new I have been selling on eBay since 2004 and never received neutral or negative feedback.  I am a very reliable and trusted seller.

Returns​

​

1. Terms of Return 

​

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. State of Return 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Certain types of items such, custom-made products, are exempt from being returned.

3. Reason for Return - Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

 

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

  • The product does not match the description provided on my website.

 

4. Process for Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact me directly king@kingcreationsdecor.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the product is damaged or defective.

  3. Once your return is approved within 2 business days I will provide you with return information.

 

5. Process of Refund 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days as the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
