These are wild rose international sterling hurricane candle stick holders. Made of sterling with a weighted base. 
This is a complete set and very rare and hard to find with all parts in near perfect condition. The one picture shows a minor ding on the bottom lip and that is the only damage I could find. Original crystal etched glass zero chips or cracks. No monograms or fixes
In antiques and collectibles it’s all about completeness and condition and these have both. 
Stand at 10.25 inches tall and the width of the base is 4 inches. Crystal is 5.5 inches long and around 3.5 inches across
